Self-support protocol
Endometriosis protocol supporting endometrial tissue teams. Reduce pain through immune and hormonal coordination.
Mission: endometriosis | Image: temple with hidden chambers
Ministers, we stand in a temple where extra chambers have grown in secret. They bleed and ache in the shadows, and for years their signals were dismissed as "excessive sensitivity" or "normal for women". Our task is to honour these chambers, listen to them and restore justice between body and expectations.
Ministers: honesty, language.
Purpose: stop calling suffering "whim" or "weakness".
Instructions: when pain arises, name it as it is: "this is endometriosis pain, not my failure". Speak this truth to yourself and, where safe, to others. Each correct word
Ministers: curiosity, wise guides.
Purpose: walk not in darkness, but with lanterns of information and professionals.
Instructions: read verified materials, bring вопросы к врачу in written form, seek specialists who see your condition, not "hysteria".
Ministers: compassion, boundaries.
Purpose: reduce the gap between demanded productivity and available energy.
Instructions: on flare days, consciously lower the Treat this not as defeat, but as sacred care for the temple walls.
Ministers: heart, community.
Allow tears and anger; they are
Blessing: may this temple no longer be silenced or accused.
Endometriosis occurs when endometrial tissue grows outside your uterus—on ovaries, fallopian tubes, peritoneum, or other organs. This tissue responds to your menstrual hormones, thickening and bleeding each cycle, but unlike uterine lining, the blood has nowhere to exit, causing inflammation, adhesions, and severe pain. The exact cause is unclear, but theories include retrograde menstruation (backward flow through fallopian tubes), immune dysfunction failing to clear misplaced cells, and stem cells differentiating abnormally. Your immune cells normally destroy endometrial cells in wrong locations, but in endometriosis, this surveillance fails. The misplaced tissue releases inflammatory cytokines and prostaglandins, causing pain and creating adhesions—scar tissue binding organs together. Endometriosis also involves nerve growth into lesions, explaining severe pain. It affects fertility by distorting pelvic anatomy, creating inflammation that damages eggs, and producing substances toxic to embryos. The 'organism as team' framework helps because your endometrial cells are following their normal program (responding to hormones) but in wrong locations, your immune system is trying but failing to clear them, and your pain system is accurately reporting the inflammation and tissue damage occurring. Supporting your team means hormonal therapies to reduce estrogen driving endometrial growth, anti-inflammatory approaches, sometimes surgery to remove lesions, pain management, and stress reduction since cortisol affects both pain perception and immune function. Your pelvic environment needs help restoring balance. ⚕️ This protocol does not replace professional consultation.
